Happy Bee Day!!

 Hello crafty friends! 

Today I'm on The Greeting Farm blog sharing a birthday card created with the adorable What's Buzzin'? stamp set.  It is such a cute spring birthday card! 

I started by ink blending the backgraound with Distress Ink Oxides yellows, I also used some sprays and finished it my speckling it with black ink.    I stmped the little honeycombs from the set with a darker yellow.  All the little nbees were colored with Copic markers and die cut.   I added foam adhesive to give them dimension.   

The sentiment was heat embossed with white ink onto black cardstock and used a banner die to cut it.  

I finished it with some glossy enamel dots and kept the card simple.

The Greeting Farm: March Preview Day 2: What's Buzzin'?

  Welcome back to our 2nd day of The Greeting Farm March previews!  

This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

Today we introduce such a sweet buzzin stamp set called What's Buzzin'?  It is such an adorable bee stamp set.  They are all such cute little busy bees.    The extra little stamps are just the best to create cute little scenes.  

I started creating the background by wetting the heavystock cardstock with water and then spraying different Distress Ink Oxide sprays. I dried it and repeated the process until I was satisfied with the mix of colors.  I stamped the little honeycombs with Distress Oxide ink.  Heat embossed the flowers in gold.  All images were colored with Copic markers and die cut.   I used foam adhesive to give them dimension.  The sentiment was stamped in black ink.   They are just too cute!!
