Tiddly Inks April Challenge

Here is my card for the Tiddly Inks April Challenge.  I used the super cute free image that was given out for this month challenge, from the Little Valentine's Mermaid Set. The sentiment is from Kraftin Kimmie Oceans of Love set.

The image is colored with Copics.  The round background was colored with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks.  The little seaweeds and shells dies are from Taylored Expressions and the big corner Deep Sea die is from Memory Box.
