Fun Is Where You Are - Valentine's Card

 It’s February and love is definitely in the air! I’m back on The Greeting Farm blog today with a sweet Valentine’s card featuring the adorable couple from the Forever With You stamp set.

To create the background, I used a splatter heart stencil and blended several shades of red and pink Distress Oxide inks. While the stencil was still in place, I added a light mist of Mica Distress Oxide spray for a soft shimmer that catches the light beautifully. Once everything dried, I trimmed the panel with a stitched border die.

The couple and their cute little cat were stamped, colored with Copic markers, and cut out using my Scan & Cut. I stamped the sentiment in black ink and adhered the characters with foam adhesive for dimension. The entire scene was then layered onto coordinating patterned paper—also popped up with foam adhesive for extra depth.  A few enamel dots in the corner finish the card with a playful touch.

Made For Each Other - Valentine's Card

  Hello crafty friends! 

Today I'm on The Greeting Farm blog sharing a new Valentine's card created with the super cute Forever With You stamp set.  I just love all the images from the set, great for Valentine's,  anniversary and engagement cards! 

For my card I used this cute retired cover die to create the perfect layout.  Love it as it makes the layout so easy to create. 

 For the middle panel I stamped the images and colored all with Copic markers.   I stamped the sentiment on the bottome panel and lightly ink blended with Distress Ink Oxides. I cut the outline in red cardstock and popped it with foam adhesive to give it a litlle dimension.  

Added some enamel hearts to complete the card.  Love how it turned out!

The Greeting Farm: Fun is Where You Are

 Happy New Year!!  I hope you all had a great Holiday break! I sure did,  and now I'm ready for a new year full of new adventures. Also ready to share new crafty goodies from The Greeting Farm! I'm so excited to be part of this amazing design team for another year!! 

For my 1st TGF card of the year I decided to make a Valentine's/Anniversary card.  TGF has a few sets with couples that are perfect for these occasions!! Today I used the cute Forever With You set.  All images were colored with Copic markers, fussy cut with my scissors and popped with foam adhesive. 

 

For the background I stenciled this fun brush stroke with 3 different Distress Ink Oxides to give it a ombre look.  The sentiment was heat white embossed.  and I finished the card with some enamel dots in the corners.

The Greeting Farm: Anniversary Card

 Hello 

A friend of mine commissioned me to make her 18th anniversary card.  I knew I had the perfect little images for the card.  I used two sets of The Greeting Farm stamps:  #Couple Goals and Forever With You.   Their images are so much fun to color.   All images were colored with Copic markers.  The slimline dies are from Mama Elephant.  I inked the film windows with Distress Oxides and added the number 18 using MFT bottle cap numbers dies (retired). They are so tiny and were perfect for my card.
