Boy's Birthday Card

Hello crafty friends!

Today I’m on The Greeting Farm blog sharing a birthday card I created for my daughter’s friend. This little gamer boy has become my absolute go‑to image for boy cards — I just love this set! He’s from the GAMER COUPLE stamp set, and I paired him with one of the adorable kitties from HEHE KITTIES since he loves (and owns!) cats. (This stamp set is currently not in the store, but can be requested for a future Farmers Market using the Contact Page on the store site- HERE

It was the perfect combo for a personalized birthday card.

To create my card:

  • I started with the background using several shades of Distress Oxide sprays. I misted Heavy Distress cardstock with water, then layered the inks until I got the look I wanted.
  • I used a stitched frame die to cut out the background and added it to a yellow cardstock for some contrast.

  • Each image was stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut using my Scan & Cut.
  • The big Happy birthday sentiment was die cut and added to the background.
  • All images were added with foam adhesive for some dimension.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.

Hugs!

Hello TGF Friends!

Welcome back to the final day of February’s previews from The Greeting Farm!

Introducing: SCOOTING BY ANYA

Today I’m excited to share a cheerful scene featuring the adorable Scooting By Anya. She’s happily scooting along with a bright bouquet in hand, while her sweet little puppy friend joyfully follows beside her. This set includes two wonderful sentiments and plenty of tiny accessory images for building the cutest outdoor scenes.

Card Details:

  •  I created a one layer card for a seamless, illustrated look.
  • All main images were stamped and masked, then I added the bushes to form an outdoor path for Anya and her pup.
  • The sentiment was stamped in black ink.
  • Every element was colored with Copic markers, keeping the palette bright and playful.
  • To finish, the panel was die cut with a wavy stitched border and adhered to coordinating pink patterned paper for a fun pop of color.

Be sure to visit the rest of the Design Team blogs for even more amazing creations using this sweet new set! And don’t forget to stop by on the 15th for the full release and the unveiling of the brand new TGF challenge.

Introducing… MONSTER HUGS!

These sweet little monsters are ready to bring smiles, giggles, and—of course—BIG monster hugs! Today’s card features three of these cuties all dressed up and ready to leap off the card with love.

Card Details:

  • I created the background using a bubble stencil blended with soft pinks, greens, and browns of Distress Oxide Ink.
  • The panel was then die-cut with a stitched border and layered over a soft green card base.
  • The sentiment “BIG Monster HUGS” was stamped in brown ink to coordinate with the color palette.
  • Each monster was colored with Copic markers, die cut using my Scan & Cut, and popped up on foam adhesive for extra dimension.
  • To finish the card, I added a few pastel enamel dots in the corner plus tiny stamped sparkles and hearts from the set.

Be sure to visit The Greeting Farm blog to see the rest of the Design Team’s monster sized cuteness using this new set! And don’t forget—tomorrow we’ll be back with Day 2 of our sneak peeks.

Fun Is Where You Are - Valentine's Card

It’s February and love is definitely in the air! I’m back on The Greeting Farm blog today with a sweet Valentine’s card featuring the adorable couple from the Forever With You stamp set.

To create the background, I used a splatter heart stencil and blended several shades of red and pink Distress Oxide inks. While the stencil was still in place, I added a light mist of Mica Distress Oxide spray for a soft shimmer that catches the light beautifully. Once everything dried, I trimmed the panel with a stitched border die.

The couple and their cute little cat were stamped, colored with Copic markers, and cut out using my Scan & Cut. I stamped the sentiment in black ink and adhered the characters with foam adhesive for dimension. The entire scene was then layered onto coordinating patterned paper—also popped up with foam adhesive for extra depth.  A few enamel dots in the corner finish the card with a playful touch.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Wishing you a wonderful and love‑filled day!

There's No Day Like a Snow Day

Hello TGF Friends!

I hope everyone made it through that monstrous snowstorm—we’re now braving subzero temps, and it’s definitely brrr-worthy! While I’m not a fan of the cold, I do love seeing the neighborhood kids enjoying their snow days. Inspired by their joy, I created this week’s card using the adorable SNOW DAY stamp set from The Greeting Farm!

These playful penguins are having the time of their lives skiing, snowboarding, and tubing through a snowy wonderland. I brought the scene to life with a slimline layout and soft blended layers of Distress Oxide inks to create the sky, mountains, and frosty hills.

Card Details:

  • I used a slimline die to cut the main panel and stitched outline.
  • Each penguin, tree, and house was stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut using my Scan & Cut.
  • Everything was added to the scene with foam adhesive for dimension.
  • The sentiment was stamped in black at the bottom, and I finished the sky with scattered snowflakes for a magical touch.

Thanks so much for stopping by—stay safe, stay warm, and keep crafting through the chill! ⛄
