Happy Birthday!

 Hello!

Today I’m on The Greeting Farm blog sharing a new birthday card using the adorable Snapshot Anya and the sentiment is from Miss Anya Birthday.  I just love her!!

I started by cutting the outline frame in black cardstock.  For the background I used Distress ink Oxides and blended the colors with water.  Once dried I used a circle background stamp and heat embossed in black.

The images were all colored with Copic markers and die cut with my Scan & Cut, they were all added to the background with foam adhesive.  The sentiment was stamped in black and die cut with a label die.  I added a couple of enamel hearts to finish it.

Cozy Up With a Good Book

 Hello TGF friends!

I'm on TGF blog today sharing a CAS card using the adorable BOOK LOVER set.

For the green background I used a panel I did in the past using Distress Ink Oxide and a leaf stencil with distress paste.   I cut the panel with a round stitched die.  I also die cut the stitched rounded corner panel from white cardstock which I stamped the sentiment in the bottom corner.

I colored the images with Copic marker and die cut them with my Scan & Cut.  I added all the elements with foam adhesive.

I finished the card by adding enamel dots in the corners. I love all the white that is left around the image.

Thansk for stopping by!!

ANYA IN NEW YORK : The Greeting Farm January Preview Day 1

 Hello Crafty friends!

Happy New Year!!  I'm so excited as we start our 1st day of 2025 TGF previews!  We have some incredible new stamps coming in the next few months!!

This month we are introducing 3 new AMAZING  clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

For our 1st  day of January's preview we introduce the globe trotter ANYA IN NEW YORK!!  I used to live in the state of NY about 30 minutes from Manhattan.  I still love to visit and go to my favorite restaurants and I always try to catch a Broadway show.  I was just there this past September and saw Moulin Rouge which I highly recommend it! SO good!

I started by creating the background city scene by stamping the buildings and the Statue of Liberty. I masked these and with Distress Ink Oxides I ink blended the sky and water.  I used a separate stamp for the sidewalk.  Anya and the apple were stamped separately and die cut.  All images were colored with Copic markers.  I added Anya and the apple with foam adhesive.  The whole scene was die cut with a stitched rectangle border die and matted with red cardstock.

Take it Easy

  Hello TGF Friends!

Happy New Year!! So happy to be creating for The Greeting Farm for another year!! I love this group so much! I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday season and took some time to relax and enjoy all the festivities!  It's always a busy month for us but I always take some time to relax.

To start off the year I created a card that perfectly sums up the end of the year for me. I used the cute Happy Place stamp set.  That is totally me trying to take it easy and enjoying some reading time after a crazy month.

For my card I cut the main panel and stamped the images and colored all with Copic markers.  The little stack of books were stamped seperately, fussy cut and added to the table with foam adhesive for a litlle dimension.  I used a scalloped rectangle die to frame the main panel and added patterened paper for the back.

I hope you all took a little time to relax before the new year begins!

Happy New Year!!
