Minkie Mermaid Love

 Hello crafty friends 

I'm on The Greeting Farm blog today sharing my last mermaid card for Mer-May!  I Can't believe how fast this month went by! 

For this card I used the newly released Minkie Mermaids stamp set.  I colored both images with Copic markers and die cut them.  

For the ocean backgound I used distress INk Oxide sprays and water.  I stamped the litle fish and the sentiment was heat embossed in white.  I die cut the center scene with a scalloped circle die.  I used some patterned paper for the back. At the end I added some glass enamel dots.  

These two are just perfect for a anniversary card or a valentines.

The Greeting Farm May's Release Blog Hop

 

The MAY 2023 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! This month we introduced 3 new sets. Our first set called MISS ANYA PRETTY DAY features two big Anyas who are outside picking flowers on a beautiful spring day. Next, we introduced MINKIE MERMAIDS with 4 mermaids and 2 mermen who are ready to be a part of your world. Finally, Anya set out traveling the world again in our last set called ANYA IN MEXICO.

For my card I combine Miss Anya Happy Days and the digi set Birthday Party and created a birthday card for my 14th year old daughter! This Miss Anya was just perfect! I created a one layer card. I started with the background and I colored all images with Copic Markers. Miss Anya was die cut and added with foam adhesive. I cut the scene with a stitched border die and added patterned paper in the back.

Anya in Mexico: The Greeting Farm May Preview Day 3

Hola! 

Welcome to the last day of The Greeting Farm May previews.  Today we are following our globetrotter Anya to Mexico!!   Introducing Anya in Mexico!!  I just love this series!  So much fun seing her dressed in the beautiful Mexican traditional dress. This set has so many accesories, from the pyramid, to the skulls, maracas, guitar and the bowl of guacamole!! Love it.  

For my card I got inspired by Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration.  Skulls are used to honor the dead and in our days faces are painted to mimic the skulls. 

I created a night scene for the background by stenceling the moon and ink blended the sky and grass.  I stamped the pyramid in the back so you can see its shadows. 

I cut it with an arch die and I stenciled the bricks on the other cut out and added foam adhesive to make it look she in coming in from outside.  

Added a bunch of the little accesories.  I'm sure she is enjoying the celebration!

Minkie Mermaids : The Greeting Farm May Preview Day 2

 HI crafty friends, 

Welcome back to our 2nd day of The Greeting Farm May previews!  

This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

Today we introduce the sweet mermaid stamp set called Minkie Mermaids.  Such a cute set with lots of mermaids and merman, lots of little under the ocean stamps.  

I created a slimline card using a  Slim Card die  to design the card and cut the 3 windows. 

The sea background was ink blended with TH Distress Oxides inks.  I sprayed a little water and blotted excess.   All the images were colored with Copic markersand die cut.   

I stamped the sentiment in black on the front panel and added some enamel dots and glass dots.

Miss Anya Pretty Day: The Greeting Farm May Preview Day 1

 Hello TGF friends! 

I can’t believe that we are starting our previews for Maypreviews for May!! Time sure goes by fast!! This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

Today we introduce Miss Anya Happy Days.  I love the spring feel of this set, both Miss Anyas are just adorable and I love the basket of flowers and all the littles bees!! 

This  cutie looks so happy enjoying an day outdoors filled with flowers! 

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic markers.  I then masked the images and created the clouds and grass with stencils and Distress Oxides Inks.  

I added a flower stitched frame around the scene.  

Love how it turned out!

Just Friends.... The Greeting Farm

 Hello crafty friends 

Today The Greeting Farm is releasing a brand new digital stamp set call Just Friends!  Do you recognize these Friends?  This is such a cute set with the representation of all your favorite Friends, You also have the famous coach and  other really cute accessories and sentiments.  

This is such a fun set!! 

I created a couple of cards using this set.  For the first one I used all of the Friends characters, all together around the coach.   

For my second card I created a friendship card.  What is better than two great friends enjoying some time together and sipping on some coffee or tea!

You're Simply Mervelous! The Greeting Farm

 Good morning! 

It’s May and you know that means!! It’s MerMay!! I love anything mermaid and The Greeting Farm has some fin-tastic mermaid stamps sets!! 

For today’s card I used some stamps from the adorable  Mermaids Galore set.  This is a bigger limited edition set and no longer available at the shop but You can always request it in the Farmers Market.  

I created a underwater scene with this cute mermaid and all the different fishes swimming around her.  

This is a one layer card,  I stamped all the images and all was colored with Copic markers.  The sentiment is from the same set and  was stamped in a teal ink.  

I die cut the scene with a stitched frame die.   I added glitter in some of the images and finished by adding some water drops beads.  

Love this one!!
