Today we introduce Cozy Kisses. I just love this Anya and her little dog. She has 2 great cozy hats to wear!! I just love her outfit!!

For this card I started by ink blending the background and create a hombre effect with Distress Ink Oxides. I sprayed water and also sprayed a shimmery liquid. Both images were colored with Copic markers and die cut. The hat was paper pieced together with patterened paper and added some copic coloring to accentuate the creases. Images were popped with foam adhesive. I added a heart garland border.
