 Hello Crafty Friends! 

I can’t believe next week is Halloween!! This month has gone by so fast!! 

Today I’m on the TGF blog sharing a Halloween pumpkin shaped card using one of the cute witches from the Hocus Pocus big set ( there are still some available at the store!) ! 

 I cut ovals out of orange cardstock and overlapped them to look like a pumpkin.  I free cut the eyes and mouth out of black cardstock and the stem out of brown. I die cut the leaves and scarecrow with some dies I have.  I added some glitter on the edges of the pumpkin.  All images were colored with Copic markers and die cut with my Scan & Cut. I added some glitter on the stars of her hat.  

 I added the witch, cat and skull to the pumpkin with some foam adhesive.   I stamped the little spiders directly on the pumpkin as well as the sentiment, which is from the BOO set (currently not available).  I really like how it turned out! 

Poor little witch, if she only knew what is lurking behind her :)

The Greeting Farm October's Release Blog Hop

 

The October 2023 Release is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! This month we introduced 3 new sets. Our first stamp set called HOLIDAY ANYA 11 has Anya trying to convince Santa she's been nice this year by bribing him with cookies and hot cocoa. Next, we introduced 6 cute penguins enjoying a SNOW DAY on the slopes. Lastly, we have ANYA IN ITALY visiting the Colosseum on her scooter.

Today I created my annual Holiday Anya ornament.   I love to add these to my tree and I’ve been doing it for a few years and my goal is to go back and create the past years.  

The image was stamped and cut with a round die. The image was colored with Copic markers.   I used a round scalloped die for the backing where I added some ribbon.

Anya in Italy: The Greeting Farm October Preview Day 3

   Hi TGF friends, 

Welcome back to The Greeting Farm last day of October’s previews.  

Where in the world is Anya, again?   In Italy this time!! How cure is this set?? Anya looks like she is ready for the runway with her stylish outfit and her beautiful purse.  She is visiting Rome and trying the amazing Italian food, all while she is traveling around in her scooter.  

For this card I created a one layer card.  I stamped Anya first and masked her. I stamped the coliseum and scooter behind her.  All the images were colored with Copic markers.  The trees, fence and cobble street was all free handed drawn.

Snow Day : The Greeting Farm October Preview Day 2

   Hi TGF friends, 

Welcome back to our 2nd day of The Greeting Farm October's previews!  

This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

Today we introduce snow much fun Snow Day set. These adorable little penguins sure are enjoying all the fun snow activities!!  

For my card I started creating the background snowy scene with a winter lanscape die.  I ink blended the pieces with Distress Ink Oxides.   I colored all the penguins, houses and tress with Copic markers and die cut them with my Cut & Scan.   I stamped the sentiment in black ink and also stamped the snowflakes in a light blue.  All images were adhered with foam adhesive.  Lastly I added glitter on all snow borders and top of the mountains.  

They sure are having fun dashing through the snow!!

Holiday Anya 11 : The Greeting Farm October Preview Day 1

  Hello Crafty Friends!! 

So excited for the 1st day of The Greeting Farm October's previews!! 

This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

Today we introduce an anual set, Holiday Anya 11!  She is just so adorable wrapped in her big fluffy scarf.  So many cute accessories to make a perfect Christams card and the sentiments are just adorable and funny!!   

I started by spraying the background with Distress ink sprays and some water and let it dry. I stamped the little heart from the set in two different colors into the background.  I die cut it with a stitched border die.   I cut half of a snowflake die and ink blended it with Distress Oxide ink.  I added glitter on the white parts.  It creates a little pedestal for Anya.

The image was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  I added the image to the background with foam adhesive.  

Both sentiment were stamped in black.

Hey You! Happy Birthday

 Hello Crafty friends

Today I'm on The Greeting Farm blog sharing a male birthday card! I have two girls so I never had a lot of opportunities to make male cards!  I love creating these!! 

For this card I combined four different stamp sets.  Ian is from Like Like You set, the little dog and sentiment if from Bow Wow Wow set, Hey you sentiment is from Cute Script set and Happy Birthday sentiment is from Miss Anya Birthday set.  

For the background I started by ink blending with Distress Ink Oxide sprays and water. Once dried I used a brick wall stencil and applied a distress Crackle paste and let it dry.  Love the crackled effect on the brick!!  I cut the panel with a stitched border and matted it with a patterned paper.  

All the images were colored with Copic markers, fussy cut and added to the background with foam adhesive.  

The Happy Birthday sentiment was stamped in black and die cut with a banner die, also added with foam adhesive.  The Hey You sentiment was directly stamped to the background in black ink. 

 

To finish I added some enamel dots with matching colors.
