The Greeting Farm: Just For You

 Hello crafty friends 

Today I'm on TGF blog sharing a new card featuring one of the new released stamp set You're So Tweet. 

These little birds make me think and long for spring so much!! I love that you can color them like any of your favorite birds.  I created a bluebird, a goldfinch and a European Robin.  They are  so fun to color.  

I created a shaker card by die cutting 3 windows on to the maing panel.  I staped the branch and all the little feathers and berrie bunch.  For the window panels I ink blended them in blues and splatter white ink..  All the bird images were colored with Copic markers and die cut. They were all glued with foam adhesive to give the card some dimension.   I added tiny pearls as the shaker element.  

I love how the card turned out.

The Greeting Farm: February Release Blog Hop

 

The FEBRUARY 2023 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! This month we introduced 3 new sets. Our first set called ANYA IN ENGLAND has our Anya sightseeing in London. Next, we took you on a magical hot-air balloon adventure with a set called LITTLE DREAMER. Lasty, we showcased cute birdies ready to deliver some warm greetings.

I created a sweet birthday card using the adorable Little Dreamer set.   I created a little sky scene with the rainbow and unicorns.

The Greeting Farm: February Preview Day 3: You're So Tweet

 

Welcome to our final day of The Greeting Farm February previews!! 

This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop tomorrow where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

Introducing You're So Tweet!  I love birds so this is just the perfect set for me!! This set has lots of little birds that are so perfect to create all occasion cards!!  

For this card I decided to color the birds into my favorite ones, the robin.   I have them in my yard pretty much all year long and they can be so friendly.  I just love feeding them fruit everyday.  

I started on the background and used Distress Ink Sprays and water into a watercolor paper.  I then used a stencil with glossy transparent paste and grit paste, it really created a cool effect.   All images were colored with Copic markers and die cut.  I used foam adhesive to place them and added a little twine for the bird house.   I finished it by adding a few glass beads and the sentiment was die cut with a banner die.   Such a Tweet card!!

The Greeting Farm: February Preview Day 2: Little Dreamer

 Welcome back to our 2nd day of The Greeting Farm February previews!  

This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

Today we introduce such a sweet stamp set called Little Dreamer.   Such cute little images, perfect for your little ones cards.  

For this slimline card I first stamped the main image and the moon and masked them so I could work on the background.  It was ink blended with Distress Oxide inksand created a night sky with the glowing moon.  Sprayed water and liquid shimmer.  I stamped several of the clouds.  I colored all the images,  the unicorns and star were die cut and glued with foam adhesive.  The sentiment was heat embossed in white.  And to finish off I added several glass bead.  It looks so dreamy!

The Greeting Farm: February Preview Day 1: Anya in England

 Hello!! Welcome to Day One of  The Greeting Farm February release previews!  

This month we are introducing 3 new ADORABLE clear stamp sets. Remember, we will have our Blog Hop on the 15th where 1 lucky person will take home the entire release!

First off we introduce another globetrotter Anya!!!  This time she is visiting  England! Anya in England.  Sightseeing the beautiful and rainy  London,  having her tea time and off course she can't forget her umbrella!  What a great set and the sentiments are just perfect!! 

I created a one layer card and masked some of the images to create a London scene.

Love is in the Air

 Hello Crafty friends! 

Today I'm on The Greeting Farm blog sharing a couple of Valentine's cards.  

FOr my fisrt one I used the adorable digi stamp Be Mine Anya.  She is adorable.  I colored her with Copic markers and die cut her with my scan and cut.   The background was created with Distress Oxide sprays and Distress grit paste.  I added a couple of XOXO die cuts in black cardstock and added Anya with foam adhesive.  

For my second card I used one of the cute couples from So This Is Love stamp set.   There are 2 other couple stamps sets that would be perfect as well for any of these simple Valentinme's card or Anniversary cards: #CoupleGoals and Forever with You.  All are in stock at TGF store.  

I started but ink blending part of the card with Distress Ink Oxides in LumberJack Plaid, Abandoned Coral and Sugar Spun and create a gradiant look, I sprayed some water for the droplets effect and also sprayed a shimmer liquid to give it a sparkly look.  I left the bottom right corner white where I stamped my image.  It was colored with Copic markers.  I added the hearts using the heart stamp from the same set.  The sentiment was stamped in the opposite corner in black.   The card was layered with black cardstock and a Valentine's patterened paper.   So easy to created and love how simple the card looks.
