Simply Betty Stamps Facebook Challenge - GOOD VS EVIL

For this month challenge I decided to do something other than a card. I love both mermaids but could not resit Spika the evil one:) I wanted to do an under the sea background with seashells.  I went to a few craft stores to look for materials and I got some great ideas. I really enjoyed creating this project and I will used it as a Halloween decoration.

Here are all the materials I used:




I started off with a block of styrofoam and covered it with cardstock. I used my hot glue gun.



Added the large seashell, moss and flowers and greens.


Cut Spika the mermaid leaving a little of the cardstock to be able to glue down.



Added the spiders, and seashells and Voila!!






Spika the Mermaid can be found here. She was colored with Copic Markers.
I used Stikles for the scales.
