Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Challenge : FOOD

Hi everyone!!

Welcome to another great challenge here at Kraftin Kimmie and it's the last one of the year.

I will be your hostess this week and what better way to celebrate the Holidays than with food!!
I love this time of the year when you bake your Christmas cookies you make your special Christmas eve dinner. You create all the special treats for teachers and loved ones. It's the most Wonderful time of the year!!   The theme this week as you guessed it is FOOD.  Show us anything related to food, treats, baking for the Holidays.

I created a card using the amazing Kraftin Kimmie Stamp MERRY which is still available at the store and the sentiment is from the THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS set.

I also used December's KK Sketch to help me with the design.

Kraftin Kimmie Wonderful Wednesday Challenge

I love when my friends commission me to make cards for them.   One of my girlfriends saw this card I made using the fabulous Let's Celebrate set for the November release and asked me to make the same cards but using the newlyweds wedding theme colors.

December Release Blog Hop

Kraftin Kimmie Stamps December Preview Day Five: Beauty & Beast

We are back with Day FIVE of the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps DECEMBER KRAFTY PREVIEWS!!! It's our last day of peeks before the release....TOMORROW!!
We have been asked SO many times for this theme and we are finally able to share the TWO new GORGEOUS sets from artist Annie Rodrigue!!! It's BEAUTY and THE BEAST!!!! East set includes the amazing main image in fabulous detail! The set featuring BELLE includes one sentiment plus a fabulous rose archway image! The BEAST set includes FIVE perfectly coordinating sentiments!! They are FABULOUS!!!
This week our challenge hostess is Martha! And her challenge is ANYTHING GOES (as it always is during release week)!! Welcome to Day ONE of our December Krafty Peeks for the NEW Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! We are so excited to share so many gorgeous new CLEAR stamps with you this week! And ALL the new sets will be available on Sunday afternoon!!

Today we are sharing a spec-tacular new clear stamp set by artist, Becky Pearce! And it's all about LOVE! It's called LOVE CHEMISTRY and the Krafty Girls have tons of fun designs to share with you today! This sweet set features glasses, beakers and more plus four adorable coordinating sentiments for a total of 15 stamps!!

12 Days of Krafty Handmade Giving - Day 5

Hi Everyone!! Krafty Girl Elisabete here with you today! Welcome to Day 5 of The 12 Days of Krafty Handmade Giving! Each day from December 1-12th we will be sharing lots of handmade goodies here on the blog featuring Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! We know that you're always looking for fun things to create besides cards but especially at this time of year! So we've got lots of amazing and creative things to share from tags, to notepads, to holiday decor so be sure to pop by every day!!

I love this season of Giving! I'm always trying to create special little gifts and treats for everyone.

Today I have a couple of projects perfect for anyone and super easy to make.

Treat wrapper: 

You can make a cute little wrap to dress up any kind of treat: chocolate bar, tea bags, coffee or hot chocolate.  I found this single hot chocolate pack at a local store and this big peppermint marshmallow.   I wanted to give these two together and decided to make a decorated wrapper. 

I cut a 3 x 11 strip of red cardstock:

I used one of the stamps from the wonderful coffee set ONE CUP AT A TIME and stamped the mug on patterned paper and white cardstock, also stamped the plate on red cardstock and fussy cut both.

Punched a couple of backgrounds. Paper pieced the mug and added some red Stikles on the froth. 

Wrapped the cardstock strip around the bag and marshmallow. Adhere it with my tape runner.

Add the mug in the front using some mounting foam tape.  And it's done!! 

For my second project I made a GIFT CARD HOLDER using one of the stamps from

  THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS stamp set.

First cut a 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock in half. It will make two. 

Score one at 3", 5.5" and 8" and fold. 

on the inside piece cut a slot the size of a gift card. I marked it with pencil and free cut a rectangle.  Adhere the middle part to the back with tape. 

I used a corner punch on the outside.   Stamped the sentiment and punch it out as well as a flower background.

Use some patterned paper to decorate front and add your sentiment with a pop glue dot. 

Before you glue it to the front, wrap a ribbon around the gift card holder with enough hanging to tie it. I used my tape runner to hold it in place. 

Add the patterned paper in the front and I've added white cardstock on the inside to write a little note.  Add your gift card which should fit snugly inside. 

All done. Not too bad?
